Pre-breakfast:

Take 6 to 7 seeds of Black cumin (that is also called Kalonji), and eat and drink with 3 to 4 sips of lukewarm water.

  • Black cumin is very beneficial, it fasts the body’s metabolism, balances the insulin, condenses inflammation, and also reduces upper and lower belly fat fastly.

Weight Loss Diet for Breakfast at 8:30 am- 9:00 am:

Option 1: Take 1 bread of barley flour, millet flour, native wheat flour, and gram flour, you should use only one flour to make bread but if you want to add all these like a multigrain flour. Ready 1 piece of bread using the above options, its weight should be 40 grams, and measure on a kitchen scale. Along with bread, ready one omelet with a lot of vegetables in it like onion, capsicum, tomato, green chilies, mint, cabbage, and coriander.

You should take black coffee or green tea after half an hour of the breakfast.

  • Eggs have a lot of vitamins, nutrients, and proteins that are very helpful for the human body.

Option 2:

Take any medium size fruit with your choice except mango, grapes, and banana, because these fruits contain a lot of sugar in them. Take one fruit with a hand full of nuts.

You should take black coffee or green tea after half an hour of the breakfast.

  • Nuts are very healthy because it contains healthy fat, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein that help in weight loss or burn fat.

Weight Loss Diet for Mid-morning snack at 11:00 am:

Take one more cup of green tea after 2 hours of your breakfast.

At 11:00 am, take one medium size fruit like apple, peach, pear, guava, half pomegranate, and 3 dates. Take only one fruit of the given options.

  • Some people are still anxious about fruits, that fruits contain sugar, so they don’t take it. But some fruits contain little sugar, and a good amount of carbohydrates, and vitamins in them. That helps in weight loss also important for our bodies.

Weight Loss Diet for Lunch at 1:00 – 2:00 pm:

Option 1: Take 250 grams of raw vegetable salad with Black grams, and measure black grams in a measuring cup of 250 ml. If you don’t like black gram, you should replace black gram with chickpeas.  If you don’t like chickpeas, you should add red beans to the raw vegetable salad.

Option 2:  Take 2 to 3 pieces of chicken kabab, and fry it in a very little amount of oil. Kabab should be homemade because frozen food has some preservatives, that lose nutrients and flavor as well which slow the weight loss journey.

  • Eating salad in your diet is very beneficial. Vegetable salad has many vitamins, and it’s part of a healthy lifestyle.

Weight Loss Diet for Mid-evening snack:

  1. At 4:00 pm, take 1 cup of green tea, but if you don’t want to take it.
  2. Another option is to take 1 tbsp of ispaghol in 1 glass of lukewarm water and drink it, after drinking that then take 1 more glass of lukewarm water.
  • Ispaghol is very beneficial, it prevents constipation and a digestive detox.

Weight Loss Diet for Dinner at 7:00- 8:00 pm:

Option 1: Take 250 grams of grilled chicken, Bar B Que, fish, or Tikka chicken, with a bowl of raw vegetable salad.

Option 2: Take 1 wheat bread of 40g of weight and take it with chicken.

Option 3: If you want rice as a meal, so take 18 teaspoons of rice for your dinner, with salad and yogurt.

Add physical activities:

In this diet plan, a half hour of walk before breakfast and a half hour of walking before dinner is compulsory. Walk in just a way that heart beat rate is increasing.

Also, Exercise is very important for our body. It refreshes us, make flexibility in the body, also helpful in weight loss.

  1. Take 10 to 12 glasses of water daily, because if you are hydrated then weight loss is fast. Water eliminates toxins in the body.
  2. The meal you prepare in very little oil. Or if it is easy, so use olive oil for making food.
  3. Avoid sugar items in your routine, don’t take sugar in tea, sugar causes weight gain.
  4. Avoid junk food, frozen item, or any other bakery item in your diet.
  5. Try to drink Black coffee, it is very beneficial in weight loss.
  6. Try to sleep 7 to 8 hours of sleep, if your body relaxes, so it also helps in weight loss.
  7. Don’t take stress, because in stress many different hormones release in our body that stuck or stop the weight loss journey.
  8. Always drink water before starting your meal, because sometimes you feel thirsty, and you thought that you are hungry. So, if your take water first, then you completed your thirst, and the other part of the meal is your actual hunger.
  9. Always focus on your meal, don’t divert your focus anywhere when you eat your meal.
  10. Chew your food properly.
